Procedure – When a person is arrested by one of these creatures, they call it in to their handler, after which upper echelon Illuminati confer among themselves quickly and then decide upon what to do. These mind controlled, Satanist, without exception, police officers will then get on their Blackberry or iPhone and then tell their handler everything. Later on, they will be triggered into a full debriefing session where, word for word, they will spit back everything, literally everything that was said by both you and them. This goes for all the mind controlled officers involved. The information gleaned from this will be used to either scale back operations or ramp them up. They are the ultimate prostitutes because they allow this in exchange for payments of money into the thousands of dollars.

Intent – The end intent is to either permanently commit the target into a mental hospital, slow dying of some sort of disease, or to commit suicide. For suicide the various antics by the stalkers are designed to that end. In classic Illuminati fashion, they give you notice that gangstalking is being done. Here’s an example.

Warnings for everyone.

All MTA police in New York’s Grand Central Station are Satanists, fully mind controlled. Watch out around them if you are being stalked as they are extremely nasty, much more so than the NYPD, and love try to put their hands on people.

All businesses in New York City are owned by Satanists, and churches, courts, police precincts are all staffed by them. It sounds unbelievable, but it is my own personal knowledge that there is a special Illuminati order that no non Satanist is to be given a job in New York. Hence, only very few non Satanists can afford to live in the city. How many more cities is this going on, and what is the real reason for the rampant upsurge of homelessness across America? Only a few of the rich/those with some sort of independent money socked away, those living on some form of government assistance, some of the homeless, people passing through staying in hotels or staying with a relative, and the extremely aged who fit the above categories have no programming and are not Satanists.

Select Satanists have been told to close down their businesses. I do not know whether they know why they have been told to do this. Some of these stores have been open for years with a huge amount of business, and others have been having no business, yet have stayed open for years now. This second category of Satanist owned store is a front business.

This is a real, true, never before told reason it is becoming harder and harder to find jobs. Satanists have them and the American job market is quickly becoming a closed shop. Now you know.

So many people laugh and giggle when they hear the topic of reptilians discussed but actually, scientifically speaking, there is nothing that says a reptilian hybrid cannot exist.

The idea of shapeshifting reptilians out there, much less ruling the planet, seems insane to those who have never heard of them before, but when examined, the claims made about them actually are very coherent when you understand what the body really is and the nature of reality. The latest research findings by quantum phycisists is that the body is really a hologram.

Jean Fourier, a 18th century mathematician, developed a way to mathematically transform any pattern into a waveform and back again. It’s now known as Fourier Transform. Anyone who’s seen a piece of holographic film before the laser is shined on it and the image encoded pops up can see that the surface of the film looks like a bunch of ripples on a pond after a stone’s been thrown in water. Waveforms. In the 1970s, two neurophysiologists at Berkeley did an experiment using Fourier’s math formulas to convert plaid and checkerboard patterns into waveform. They found that the cells in the visual cortex of the brain responded not to the original patterns, but to the Fourier transformed waveforms. This is the exact principle TV runs on. No images are flying through the air, but the TV decodes the waves that are doing so into what is finally seen on the screen.

Another property of a hologram is that no matter how many times you cut the film up into pieces, it will always leave you with a smaller entire replica of the original. Ever walk by a Chinese reflexology place with those charts with the hands, feet, spine, with every different area matching up to a different part of the body? The same with India’s Ayurveda, which has the same with the eyes, ears and lips, with a part of each again corresponding to a different part of the body? It’s a hologram.  Stage hypnotists are just telling the brain in their way to decode a chair into an elephant, an apple to a banana, or to edit something completely out of the subject’s sight altogether. Out of mind, out of sight. How are atoms, which aren’t even solid, making up what we believe to be solid bodies? Because we believe them to be. The majority of what we see, as mainstream science admits, is filtered information based on what we believe and expect to be happening. Differing numbers say 90-97% of DNA is considered the junk DNA, while the genome mappers are all scurrying around with just the tiny 3%. At the same time, mainstream science can only percieve 95% of the energy and matter in the universe, even with their most advanced equipment. So is there a connection here between things that are out there physically that we can’t see, components of our DNA whose function is widely unknown, and the majority of information that is filtered out of our conscious perception? It’s not rocket science.

Is it so wise to deny even the possibility of shapeshifting and full blooded reptilians out there when there are animals that can change color at will and survive deep under the ocean at pressures and temperatures that would kill humans in seconds? Are we so good that we’ve seen every single planet everywhere with our five senses and are able to definitively say, “All lifeforms possible catalogued! Time to move on!”?

Dimensions should more appropriately be called channels. If a TV operates on the same set of principles as the human brain and mind, and if you can switch a TV over with a press of a button, then you can switch to another dimension, another channel, decoding another set of signals or vibrations that are all sharing the same space, just as TV and radio waves do. The principle of shapeshifting, looked at from this perspective, is just as simple. People who have multiple personality disorder (which really should be called fragmented personality disorder) can have moles and wounds disappear. Some are reported as being sober in one personality and drunk in another, and even in some cases, their eyes can change color.. Their eyes shapeshift. So what happens to the alcohol and the eyes and moles? One personality has a deep enough belief that the other one doesn’t and this is what determined the state of their body at the moment.

A man called Mirin Dajo briefly made a sensation in the Netherlands and Switzerland in the 1940s with his ability to be rammed by “solid” objects such as knives, daggers and swords without harm. He was even reported in laboratory tests to have the ability to materialize and dematerialize under certain conditions.

So what was going on? Like Geller, Dajo’s body had a special relationship with metal. In fact, De Groot and others reported that on occasion, something inside Dajo’s body seemed to bend the daggers, even turning them into semi-corkscrews, though this was the exception, rather than the rule.
Dajo himself said that the weapon did not go through him, but that he went through the weapon. There was a division of his body, whereby the area through which it went became “lighter”, “less physical” and hence the body did not get injured, as there was nothing “solid” to injure. De Groot claims that during one test, Dajo actually became physically invisible and remained so until his emotions took the better of him and he “materialised”, naked, in the middle of winter, on a beach where several people were walking and saw him totally naked, before Dajo quickly put back on his clothes.
Dajo and De Groot believed that Dajo was able to change the composition of his body, altering its density and even annihilating it totally from within the visible universe. This is reminiscent of an episode in Geller’s novel Ella, in which during one of her tests (based on Geller’s laboratory tests, some of which remain classified) a video camera records the event, whereby a frame by frame analysis reveals that Ella’s body seems to phase in and out of existence, being totally absent on some and not on other frames, as if her body vibrates so fast that our eyes do not see it, but not fast enough to trick the camera.

What was happening was that while his emotions were flaring, his mind turned off the do not decode body hologram signal and he was able to be seen during that time.

The body is a biological computer with every piece matching up with a different part of the computer. The DNA our hard drive and modem, the brain the central processing unit, which is called widely, the brain of the computer. Research scientist Dr. Bruce Lipton discovered in 1992 that cell membranes function as an organic computer chip! Shapeshifting would be like a dual boot of a computer. Dual booting is having two operating systems on the same computer. Like Linux and Windows. Or, in the case of bodies, OS Human and OS Reptilian.

Computers with a dual boot can be quickly change from one OS to another. When you click on something (focus attention on), the file or OS opens (opens up a new reality or physical form), which you can then see as the main thing on your screen. It hasn’t gone anywhere, the channel’s just been switched. It is said by others that they need to focus on human genetics to maintain human form, and if they get into a state of rage, fury, intense sexual arousal, or extreme fear, they shift back to reptilian form. These are all attributes of the reptilian core of our brain, which is called by science the R-Complex. Focus too much on reptilian brain oriented emotions, open up the reptilian operating system. Focus (click) on human OS, come back to human form.

Even if you believe they are just a bunch of psychotic humans, they believe they are shapeshifting reptilians.

Why certain researchers haven’t been killed

In these other dimensions, the rule is that no being can come in without first prior notification of what they want to do and then your consent. The Illuminati believe this.  My view is from my own experience and my own intuition speaking to me is that the same constants apply even here in this dimension, just in a radically different way.

Everyone who has been killed by the Illuminati were making a big display of fear before their death. Apparently conspiracy researcher Bill Cooper before he died was saying things along these lines. He also had his family moved out of the country.Whenever I hear someone being asked, are you afraid of being taken out or afraid for your life by some radio host I always cringe, because it is like asking the person interviewed if they want to die. It really is. Another thing seems to be that anyone that is attatched to them, like their colleagues or government workers, or those in the mind control programs are seen as theirs in some way because they have become vibratinally attatched to them, and it takes some effort to send the stay out message across.

How does a hybrid act?

It acts more like you than you would think. The desperation that humans have to control each other and try to feel superior than everyone else, the laughing at and contempt for one’s fellows who are living in less financially abundant circumstances, people laughing at people who have fallen down on the street or have gotten punched in the face, the catty posturing for status that is classically attributed exclusively to women but is actually common all across the board even in small children. This is just how a hybrid acts! They love violence. The people don’t like violence? Watch someone get punched in the face at a movie or fall off a chair and watch the laughter erupt. A violent rape is like sweet, sensual nectar to them. Pain is like a sweet pastry to them. Every life destroyed is like a slow-motion orgasm to them. The more humanity becomes like them by responding in this manner to movies put out by the hybrids like Saw, the greater the resonance and the greater their spiritual “right’ can get to rule over us.

Why hybrids will not shapeshift on request or to make money

I’m sure hybrids might look pretty ugly in their true form but they will never, I repeat NEVER shapeshift unless they are in a deep underground cave with armed guards outside with the sacrifice tied down with no hope of escape. It does not necessarily have to be just like that specifically, but the gist of it is that they are basically scared of doing so unless they feel that they are  in the position of control and in a place of absolute seclusion from the public.

You have to be afraid of the hybrids/Illuminati. Even in a secluded area where there is just you and the hybrid, you could ask one to shapeshift and they will likely not do so on request. They have to be the one in control. You have to be afraid of them, terrified even. In Alex Jones’s Endgame he interviewed a man who encountered David Rockefeller around the site of the hotel where Bilderberg 2006 was taking place and he was alone. He was described as looking horrified. What was it that Ray Nagin said about the moderate Hurricane Gustav, that he called the storm of the century which did real damage to only one country? He said about it, “You have to be scared.” They are just wisps of smoke that have no personal power of their own and have gotten where they are by stealing other people’s over time by relentless trickery and intimidation.

The main reason why the Illuminati always infiltrate organizations instead of creating them themselves is because of the suppression of their own female energy. Male energy has the creative power and the female energy “births” the processed energy recieved from the male into physicality.

It’s been said that a hybrid feels no emotion. From my experience this is just a little bit off the mark. A hybrid can feel the full range of emotion, but due to their lack of empathy for others, they cannot feel or express emotion for others, thus they have much less of an emotional capacity, which is where the confusion is. However, they can feel and express emotion for themselves.

Why they are into population control

The real reason why the Illuminati, the hybrids are into population control is about the reptilian brain coming to the fore again. The reptilian believes that the more people sharing the same physical space as them, the less chance it has for survival.

Why Reptilians are so obsessed with using sex in ritual

In a nutshell, think of the penis and vagina as two pieces of computer equipment. The penis is like the phallic shaped connector that goes into the vaginal shaped recieving slot in the computer and just like data can be exchanged between two computers during this connection, so information, personality traits, and energy can be exchanged when the penis is deep enough in the vagina. During this sexual connection energy can also then be drained by them. Quoted by Bent Corydon in L. Ron Hubbard: Messiah or Madman (p. 133-134), here is an account by an ex-Scientologist who claims she had a sexual type encounter with a man fitting the description of L. Ron Hubbard:

In late 1975, I was told to report to the Hubbard Communications Office. The senior officer there at the time, informed me that I was to report to the Fifield Manor and go to the seventh floor. She gave me no other information. I did this without knowing why I was going.

At the Manor, I was directed to the elevator and went to the seventh floor. The entire floor was elaborately furnished to the point of suffocation. An S.O. member appeared and showed me to a door that was partly open.

I went into a very large living room with heavy curtains, pile carpet, overstuffed chairs and clean to the point of obsession.

Sitting on one of the chairs, drinking what looked like sherry, was a heavyset older man. He had reddish grey hair, slightly long in the back. We was wearing a white shirt, black pants, black tie, and black shoes, highly polished.

He didn’t say a word and slowly got up, motioned me to follow him into the next room.

I didn’t know if it was Hubbard, and wondered if I was to have either an auditing session or an interview. I followed him.

I found myself in a lavish bedroom. This still didn’t worry me as sometimes interviews and sessions were held in bedrooms at the Hollywood Inn for staff.

There was a small table set up with an E-meter on it and again I thought about a session.

Without a word he suddenly began to undress me.

I was repelled by him.

I did not want to sleep with him. Yet, I felt really chilled and cold to the bone at that moment.

I acutely sensed real fear and danger in the room. In an instant I realized the calculated power coming from this person. If I resisted I knew that my punishment would be extreme.

His eyes were so blank, no emotion, no interaction, nothing was there.

I made the decision not to resist no matter what happened. I realized it would be a bad mistake for me to do so. He seemed to be completely divorced from reality. He was so strange that I realized that if I provoked him he could be extremely dangerous.

I let him undress me without resisting.

I was totally unprepared for what happened next.

He lay on top of me.

As far as i can tell he had no erection. However, using his hand in some way he managed to get his penis inside me.

Then for the next HOUR he did absolutely nothing at all. I mean nothing!

After the first twenty-five minutes I became about as frightened as I have ever been in my live. I felt as if in some perverse way he was telling me that he hated me as a female. I then began to feel that my mind was being ripped away from me by force.

That was the worst of all. I really felt he “coveted” an aspect of my personality and he wanted it. This was weird, total control on a level I could not fathom at that time. I had no idea what was happening.

After half an hour I really thought I was going crazy. I couldn’t move my body from underneath him, and I could feel he still had no erection.

He wouldn’t look at me, but instead kept his head averted to the side and just gazed into space.

I had to discipline myself to keep from screaming because I felt I was having a nervous breakdown.

Then I got the terrible thought that he was dead. He was hardly breathing. Then I thought he would kill me too. My thoughts became very morbid.

After an hour he got up and walked out.

What Hubbard was doing there is explained by this interview with L. Ron Hubbard Jr., (now Ron DeWolf:

During the ‘50s, DeWolf continues, he conned people out of their money, used black magic, distributed drugs, and took advantage of the church’s female followers, participating in private orgies with his father and three or four women. “His theory was that one has to open or crack a woman’s soul in order for the satanic power to pour through it and into him,” Dewolf said in a recent magazine interview. “It got kind of far out, culminating in a variety of sex acts. Dad also had an incredibly violent temper. He was into S&M and would beat his mistresses and shoot them full of drugs.” His father used amphetamines and cocaine, DeWolf says, plus some hallucinogens.

Weaknesses of the Hybrid

1. They are deathly afraid of anyone who can successfully and consistently repel their attacks. This includes people who are excellent talkers, fighters, people who know their rights, and gun owners.

2. They are in a constant state of fear, and blow even the most miniscule event, in the hybrid’s mind, sends them spiraling off into the most amazing scenarios you can imagine.

3. They never back down from a percieved challenge.

4. They never learn that some people just can’t be controlled. They just keep on trying.

5. “I’ve had enough” is not in their personal lexicon. They always want more resources and more control.

6. Every facet of their lives is geared to just surviving. For some of these entities, it doesn’t even matter as to the condition of their life, they are so fixed on just surviving.

7. They are frightened of anyone they don’t know absolutely everything about. In their minds, the more they know about you, the better the chance of survival. The less they know about you, it means to them, a decreased chance of survival.

8. Every one of them has a very primitive mind, and share many character traits and beliefs as Haitian voodoo practitioners – and their obsessive superstitions.

9. They all have extreme low self worth issues and really don’t like not being taken seriously, being joked about a lot. Ignoring them and not treating them as being a real or valid being, treating them with a dismissive air really pisses them off.

10. They are scared of unpredictable people.

11. They are scared of anyone who refuses to be intimidated by them.

12. They believe that every person is born fixed and immutable, and can never change.

13. They are afraid of emotional intensity.

14. They always reveal their true intentions and nature when they believe they have got you trapped in a corner.

15. They will tell you quite a lot about themselves if they are thoroughly convinced that you cannot or will not attack them, or when someone is their slave. Just a couple of weeks ago, Robert Fobes told me that ‘we’re aliens, we don’t like the cold.” when watching the movie starring Charlie sheen, The Arrival. Another time he admitted that he was of a reptilian bloodline and wished we could be friends.

16. Reptilians are paranoid like a maniac, and blow the smallest of things such as the slightest twitch of the eye or innocuous statement as an intent to damage, and/or a capability to defend. Even though they may actually be correct in instances, it is still this inherent instability of their minds which is an Achilles heel on their part.

17. Their gigantic ego that thinks all humans are born to serve them, as I have witnessed countless times while living with Robert Kelton Fobes. It is also this ego which says that no human will ever be able to listen to the truth. While watching The Arrival and the shapeshifter character Phil Gordian talk about how if humans will not take care of the environment, then they do not deserve to live on this world, it was cackling, saying “too bad no one’ll listen!” They think you are a bunch of dumb fools for taking their crap and just as the can collector on the street is not regarded as a noticeable human being by the general public, so you are treated and looked at as the same to them, in the current manipulated and programmed state. Are they really right, hmm? Are you a bunch of dumb fools, humans who are reading this?

18. More than anything, the most weird thing I have noticed is the Illuminati’s obsession, when they are on the attack, it is always a sneak attack. It is so bad it even rivals their obsession with ritual, and as any researcher into symbolism can tell you, that is a big obsession in itself.

19. The Reptilian hybrids lie like crazy to each other, and to the human Satanists among them.

20. They will not hesitate to sacrifice their own if they feel the need to. New York City is a Satanic megacity,  with at least 20% of the city under mind control. Every time I see a 9/11 tribute with the first responders, the police and the EMS that were there at “Ground Zero” on 9/11, I know for a fact that all of these people are Satanists. All these guys you see getting cancer and sicknesses that were first responders, they were sacrificed. Every time you see them on TV, and you feel anything for them, you are participating in a megaritual of  giving your energetic “warmth” to them. The Satanists pick certain people and trot them out, and they believe that they can drain the energetic warmth that you feel for them somehow. Don’t feel warmth for their rituals. This statement is more important than you think.

 The Illuminati have developed a way to lock a hybrid in human form. How it works is that there is a block of energy which, on the 4th dimensional or astral counterpart of the hybrid, is put on them which in the physical,  prevents the energy shift that allows for shapeshifting. The Illuminati have dozens of plans in the works for when the people finally wake up and the leadership gets taken out and I have no doubt that this is one of them. Some effects on me of living around a hybrid

When I lived around Robert Fobes I felt a lot of intriguing sensations and desires which I have come to understand were its desires and feelings. David Icke talks in his book And the Truth Shall Set You Free (21st Century Edition) about an encounter he had with former US President Jimmy Carter. He said he shook his hand, and had the strangest feeling that he was looking into a hollow shell. I find that interesting because I found just the same thing to be the case one day when I was fighting with Robert Kelton Fobes over the phone. He just started breathing heavy and just started looking at me, and I had the exact same feeling when I looked into his eyes, that there was nothing there.  David Icke also speaks about him taking energy from his aura where he was also basically taking on the Reptilian Carter’s true personality aspects. He describes snarling and rolling on the floor, having enourmous feelings of arrogance flowing over him.  This is so much like a memory I had last year. I remember going up a street one day and saw one house that looked familiar. After a few seconds I remembered it from one of 9/11 activist group WeAreChange’s youTube videos confronting David Rockefeller. After I remembered this I had a silly thought that I would make a  reptilian joke if I ever saw him. My head then turned across the street again and who do I see getting out of a car? Him! An odd experience followed a few minutes later. I suddenly  had a painful sensation at my face area. I can only describe it as a negative feeling fire sweeping over my face and it took about a half hour for it to go away. At rare times I do experience a similar feeling to this with people on the street who seem….weird. The taking on of personality aspects I have gone through as well. I have picked up some newspapers Robert Kelton Fobes was using one time and a few minutes later I was looking at myself in the mirror in the bathroom and I just started growling and feeling like clawing everything in the face.

When I lived with this reptilian, it had a belief that it could drain the energy left behind after I used the bathroom, whether it was from me taking a shower, or using the toilet. I have had cuts before and I have taken the opportunity to walk up to him and put a piece of tissue with  my blood on it in front of him to to try to get it to shapeshift. It had a reaction of disgust, which I believe was fake, but it could not control itself over urine and feces. One day, I got out of the bathroom and a few seconds later he rushed in and he just was smiling and just sniff sniff sniffing the air just loving the stench of my feces.  [This love of feces and urine is also shared among the non shapeshifting Satanists.] It does not seem to help him in the least as he has an extremely loud smoker’s hack, and severe back pain. My mother tried this on me, as well, but it did not help her either. She died of breast cancer.

Another thing with hybrid Robert Kelton Fobes was, it actually appeared to thrive off of being paid attention to, as funny as that sounds. it hated being ignored and talked to dismissively. The less I talked to it, the weaker he seemed to get, like some monster out of legend.

They do thrive off of hostility and anger towards them, but it appears that some cannot deal with emotion directed at them too suddenly and too intensely.

Reptilians do not like to be mocked or joked about. It made Robert Fobes extremely mad more than anything. It seems to have an effect much like a balloon being popped. It just deflated.

They also respect courage. They will still hate your guts, but if you continuously assert your rights, they will keep away.

These creatures live and act by the most rigid, strict, tight rules, and if you know what are called Universal Laws, you can consciously use this to your advantage.

Medvedev Shows Off Future World Money

After months of pushing for a new world currency, President Dmitry Medvedev had more than an idea to tout at his G8 news conference. He had the real thing.

With a broad grin, Medvedev held aloft a shiny gold coin Friday that he said represented a “symbol of unity” and a possible “future world currency.”

“I have some supranational currency in my pocket that I got as a souvenir. This is a test sample of a currency unit under the Unity in Diversity motto,” Medvedev said, holding the coin between two fingers.

“It is called the United Future World Currency. It can already be seen and touched,” he said, according to a transcript posted on the Kremlin’s web site.

Examples of the coin, worth $3,900 and produced by the United Future World Currency, a group backing the idea of a global currency, was presented to all world leaders attending the Group of Eight summit in L’Aquila, Italy.

The coin was made by Belgian Luc Luycx, who also designed one side of the Euro coins, and are called “eurodollars” in a symbolic call for a common currency to unite Europe and the United States.

Medvedev pulled out his coin when reporters asked him about new reserve currencies at the news conference that closed the three-day summit. “This is a symbol of our unity and our desire to solve such issues,” Medvedev said.

Russia and China have called for a “super currency” to replace the U.S. dollar as a reserve currency, and French President Nicolas Sarkozy said at the summit that the dollar’s supremacy as a reserve currency is outdated.

“This has become a regular theme now,” Medvedev said Friday. “We are discussing the creation or, to be more correct, the appearance of new reserve currencies, including the possibility of making the Russian ruble such a currency unit.”

U.S. to require contractors to use E-Verify

Starting Sept. 8, only those firms that use the online program, which checks whether employees are in the country legally and are authorized to work, will be eligible for federal contracts.

The Obama administration continued its push for a legal workforce Wednesday with an announcement that federal contractors and subcontractors would soon be required to verify that their employees are eligible to work in the U.S.

Beginning Sept. 8, the government will award contracts only to companies that enroll in E-Verify, an online program that uses federal databases to check whether employees are in the country legally and authorized to work. Businesses receiving money under the federal stimulus program also will be subjected to the rule, adopted under President George W. Bush but never implemented.

Separately, the Senate passed an amendment Wednesday that would mandate the use of E-Verify by federal contractors and subcontractors.

Napolitano’s move comes one week after her department notified more than 650 businesses nationwide of pending audits of their employment records. The department also recently issued guidelines for immigration agents to go after employers rather than just workers.

Supporters of E-Verify said the expansion of the effort to federal contractors and subcontractors would help crack down on illegal immigrants in the workforce and could help stem the flow of migrants across the border. Critics said mandating the program for federal contractors would only slow the country’s economic recovery.

Randel Johnson, vice president of labor, immigration and employee benefits for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, said Wednesday that although some employers hadn’t had any problems with E-Verify, others had received inaccurate information from the government’s database.

“It should be rolled out slowly and tested rather than being applied to the employer community immediately,” he said.

The chamber filed a lawsuit in 2008 to prevent the government from implementing the contractor requirement, arguing that the president did not have the authority to mandate a voluntary program.

Other business groups praised the administration for Wednesday’s move but said more needed to be done, such as legalizing undocumented workers.

“We believe, of course, that there has to be a mechanism to verify the legal work status of employees,” said Beto Cardenas, executive counsel to Americans for Immigration Reform, a Houston-based coalition of businesses. “But we also believe that immigration reform has to be brought.”

American Civil Liberties Union staff attorney Jenny Chang Newell called the decision to abandon the no-match rule “a victory for all American workers.”

The ACLU was a plaintiff in the suit that prompted the ruling in San Francisco two years ago. But Newell said she had concerns about the E-Verify requirement and its potential to cause discrimination and unlawful firings based on inaccurate databases.

“Rather than punishing American workers for errors in the government’s own databases, the administration should enforce the workplace rights of all workers,” she said.e

Arizona Looks to Outlaw Global Warming Legislation

One state looks to ensure its citizens do not have to pay for climate change efforts

Climate change is a controversial topic.  Some believe man is causing the world to warm.  Others point out that the Earth has undergone solar warming and cooling for millions of years and that current temperatures are well within historic levels.  A recent report challenging AGW theory showed significant support with 31,478 U.S. researchers and scientists, many of whom hold Ph.D’s, signing a statement that they believe that man has not played a part in the current warming trend.

Arizona is now close to becoming the first state to outlaw climate change legislation.  The state Senate voted Monday, 19-10 to approve a bill banning the Department of Environmental Quality from enacting or enforcing measures with language pertaining to climate change.  The bill is now awaiting House approval.

The bill will likely pass and be signed into law thanks to a switch in power.  Formerly, Janet Napolitano (D) was governor of the state, but she left to join Barack Obama’s Cabinet.  Napolitano was replaced by Jan Brewer (R), who has not indicated a strong desire to support AGW theorists.

If Senate Bill 1147 passes it will block rules passed by the DEQ that set harsher emission standards.  The proposed increases were hastily pushed through by the former governor, despite complaints from industry leaders.  It would also end work on “cap and trade” carbon legislation, which has been opposed by the utility industry.  Such a scheme could help to raise power prices for the state’s citizens significantly.

A passage could also give the state means to challenge the federal government in court over the proposed Waxman-Markey bill, which would put over $1,600 in yearly costs on American citizens to cut carbon emissions.  The legislation, which has also received criticism for potentially hurting farmers, is currently making its way through a Democrat controlled House and Senate, awaiting Barack Obama’s approval.

Greening the Internet: How much CO2 does this article produce?

Twenty milligrams; that’s the average amount of carbon emissions generated from the time it took you to read the first two words of this article.

How green is your website? Calculating all the factors involved in a website can be tricky.

Now, depending on how quickly you read, around 80, perhaps even 100 milligrams of C02 have been released. And in the several minutes it will take you to get to the end of this story, the number of milligrams of greenhouse gas emitted could be several thousand, if not more.

This may not seem like a lot: “But in aggregate, if you consider all the people visiting a web site and then all the seconds that each of them spends on it, it turns out to be a large number,” says Dr. Alexander Wissner-Gross, an Environmental Fellow at Harvard University who studies the environmental impact of computing.

Wissner-Gross estimates every second someone spends browsing a simple web site generates roughly 20 milligrams of C02. Whether downloading a song, sending an email or streaming a video, almost every single activity that takes place in the virtual environment has an impact on the real one.

As millions more go online each year some researchers say the need to create a green Internet ecosystem is not only imperative but also urgent.

“It is part of the whole sustainability picture,” Chris Large, head of research and development at UK-based Climate Action Group, told CNN.

“Scientists are saying to us that we have 10 years to take some serious action to avoid the most catastrophic effects of climate change so taking some sort of initiative is absolutely vital.”

A number of studies have highlighted the growing energy demands of computers. A 2007 report from research firm Gartner, for example, estimates the manufacturing, use and disposal of information and communications technology generates about two percent of the world’s greenhouse gases — similar to the level produced by the entire aviation industry.

Anti-virus software firm McAfee reports that the electricity needed just to transmit the trillions of spam emails sent annually equals the amount required to power over two million homes in the United States while producing the same level of greenhouse gas emissions as more than three million cars.

“Most people don’t appreciate that the computer on your desk is contributing to global warming and that if its electricity comes from a coal power plant it produces as much C02 as a sports utility vehicle,” said Bill St. Arnaud of Canarie, a Canada-based internet development organization.

“Some studies estimate the internet will be producing 20 percent of the world’s greenhouse gases in a decade. That is clearly the wrong direction. That is clearly unsustainable,” added St. Arnaud.

What do you include when working out IT’s carbon footprint?

Calculating the carbon footprint of the entire web however is not as easy as measuring the greenhouse gas emissions of a car.

Data centers — massive buildings housing hundreds, if not thousands, of power hungry servers storing everything from Facebook photos and YouTube videos to company web sites and personal emails — are often labeled as the worst offenders when it comes to harming the environment.

In 2002, global data center emissions amounted to 76 million tons of carbon dioxide — a figure that is likely to more than triple over the next decade, according to a 2008 study by the Climate Group and Global e-Sustainability Initiative (GeSI).

The footprint of network infrastructure, which is responsible for transporting information from data centers to personal computers, mobile phones and other devices, is harder to pinpoint.

However the same study estimates fixed broadband accounts for around four million tons of carbon emissions and could account for nearly 50 million tons of emissions by 2020.

The manufacturing, transport and use of personal computers and laptops also has what some say is the most significant impact, producing roughly 200 million tons of emissions in 2002.

As millions of people buy new laptops and computers every year, this figure could triple by the end of the next decade, according to the Climate Group report. And it is also true that, like driving a car compared to taking public transportation, some online activities produce more greenhouse gases than others.

More electricity is needed to store, transmit and download a video compared to a simple email, for example. A single search using Google releases 0.2 grams of C02 into the atmosphere, according to Google.

“And what that includes is the energy that we at Google use to be able to receive your search, process it and then send it back to you,” Erik Teetzel, one of Google’s “green” engineers, told CNN.

“If people are counting things outside the activity that we do, then we don’t have control over that so we don’t factor that into the equation,” said Teetzel.

“We can measure exactly the number of queries that we service and come up with a very accurate estimate and answer from measured results of our actual emissions or energy use per query that we serve.”

The drive for energy efficiency

Citing competitive reasons, Teetzel declined to divulge Google’s annual power bill, yet he said the internet company has been taking steps to make its main six, five megawatt server farms green as well as the other, smaller data centers it has around the world. It is doing this by using more renewable energy, recycled water and efficient software that requires less electricity to run.

“From a business perspective, it makes sense to get the most what you want to call useful work done using the least amount of resources,” said Teetzel.

“Our energy efficiency efforts really did stem from us making our business more competitive.”

A number of other companies are also working to take the various pieces that comprise the infrastructure of the internet in a more sustainable direction. Wissner-Gross of Harvard has a company called C02Stats that enables businesses to monitor and manage the environmental impact of their web sites and then purchase renewable energy certificates based on their sites’ monthly carbon footprint.

Netherlands-based Cleanbits lobbies web sites to go green by either by purchasing carbon offsets or switching to green hosting providers, like AISO.net, a solar-powered data center based in California. And, like Google, Yahoo also incorporates renewable power and other efficiency measures in its data centers.

However as more of the world joins an age characterized by global flows of information and communication, some say the role the internet plays in making the lives of millions not only more efficient but also environmentally friendly should not be discounted.

“I don’t think we’ve done a good deal with articulating the fact that IT is inherently an efficiency tool,” said Teetzel. “That is why you and I use the internet now to find out a lot of information that would have previously been found by us getting in a car and driving somewhere.”

“It is a little bit unfair to say that you have this huge carbon cost of the IT industry without articulating the fact that in many, many cases it offsets what I would call heavier, more carbon intense activities that we do in our daily lives,” he added.

“Moving electrons is far more efficient than moving atoms. It is actually a paradigm change.”

A Re-Soundingly Successful Experiment

Cymatics As Science

In the early 18th century, the German physicist Ernst Chladni, the ”father of acoustics,” covered plates with thin layers of sand, set them vibrating, and observed the patterns that were made in response to different sound stimuli.

In 1967, nearly three hundred years later, Hans Jenny, a Swiss doctor, artist, and researcher, published Cymatics – The Structure and Dynamics of Waves and Vibrations. In this book, published in both German and English, Jenny, like his precursor, showed what happens when one takes various materials like sand, water, or iron filings, and places them on vibrating metal surfaces.

When this is done, shapes and motion-patterns appear. Some of these patterns are nearly perfectly ordered and are stationary. Others develop in a turbulent, organic fashion, and are constantly in motion.

Jenny used crystal oscillators, and invented what he called a ”tonoscope” to set his plates and membranes vibrating. One of the most fascinating discoveries he made was that the vowels of Hebrew and Sanskrit, when toned into his media, formed the actual patterns of the letters themselves! Modern languages did not have this effect. All of which leads to the speculation that there may be some truth in the concept of a ”sacred language” — an actual, physical reason why the recitation of sacred mantras and texts may have real healing properties.

Jenny thought that evolution was a result of vibrations, with the vibrations of one level of organization, such as that of cells, each one unique, combining to create glands and organs and so on, each new level being a harmonic of the previous one. Jenny saw that we could heal the body with sound by understanding how different frequencies influence the genes, cells, and organs of the body.

Out of Jenny’s work, and that of other scientists in the late fifties, came the reality of using sound to transmute diseased cells into their healthy counterparts.

Enter the Age of Miracles

It was Sir Peter Guy Manners, British medical doctor, who collated the work that had been done in cymatics research and developed from it the therapy of Cymatics. Stated most simply, Cymatics therapy uses a toning device to transmit into diseased areas of the body the signature vibrations of healthy organs and tissues.

We called Dr. Manners at his academy in Bretforton, England. He told us that he had started off in ordinary medicine, but that a couple years into his training he’d reached a startling realization.

As part of my training, I and my fellow students would observe doctors in the process of treating their patients. And so we are sitting there with this doctor, and some patient comes in with a headache, and the doctor says, ‘Take these two tablets.’ And the patient goes off. But he comes back in a fortnight or so, a couple weeks, and he says, ‘Those tablets did the trick, but now I’ve got a little tummy upset.’ And we watch the doctor give him some different tablets, and he goes off. And then later this same patient is back again, ‘Oh, those tablets were wonderful, but now I’ve got a bit of diarrhea, you see.’

”And I realized, we started out with one patient, and now we’ve got three!”

Knowing that there had to be a better way of healing than what was taught to him in medical school, Dr. Manners traveled all over the world seeking to find out what other options existed for treating patients. He spent time studying with scientists in Germany (”I liked the kind of research they were doing”), Russia, and the United States.

Somewhere in his travels, Manners met up with Hans Jenny. ”He was interested in making forms and shapes with sound, and these coincided with the forms and shapes of anatomy and physiology,” Dr. Manners said. Out of this observation came Cymatics, or Bioresonance, therapy – the use of sound to transform diseased tissue into its healthy counterpart.

Cymatics probes are used to transmit bioresonance energy, in the form of electronic pulses, from the Cymatics instrument directly to human tissue. Another method of application is through fluids. Water or a homeopathic preparation is placed on a Bioresonance Energizer, which imprints the bioenergetic patterns into the solution. Also, there are units which can transmit bioenergy patterns into a bathtub or hydrotherapy unit. Yet another unit combines bioenergetic frequencies with color.

You can see how all of this works by realizing that there is no difference between the energetic pattern of an object and the object itself. We are made of energy. If we transmit a healthy frequency into diseased tissue, we cause it to take on the frequency — and thus, the actuality — of healthy tissue.

When asked what brings people to Cymatics therapy, Dr. Manners said, ”They choose it because a tremendous percentage want to move out of the drug scene.” And he stresses that, at least in the U.K., Cymatics has earned scientific recognition. “Scientists like it because its techniques can be explained and quantified, and the results are predictable. We know scientifically what will happen,” Manners said, ”if we transmit a certain combination of frequencies into the tissue.”

The Pope yesterday condemned the “grave deviations and failures” of capitalism that have been exposed by the financial crisis, calling on the eve of a summit of rich nations for a “true world political authority” to oversee a return to ethical values.

Benedict XVI made his call for stronger government regulation in his third and eagerly awaited encyclical, Charity in Truth, which the Vatican chose to issue ahead of today’s Group of Eight nations summit in Italy.

His attack on unbridled capitalism and unregulated market forces was accompanied by a critique of some international aid agencies, which he accused of encouraging abortion and imposing contraception.

While the pontiff’s call for a new world authority is unlikely to go down well with the G8 heads of government, his plea for financiers to adhere to stronger ethical standards will be reflected in a G8 communiqué urging stronger and more co-ordinated “global standards”.

Pope Benedict’s emphasis on the need for “forms of redistribution of wealth” is likely to stir debate at the summit, which will be attended by 39 heads of government and international institutions, over the failure of rich nations to honour their aid commitments.

Vatican observers noted that the timing of the encyclical, the most important transmission of papal teaching on key issues, demonstrated the readiness of the Pope to intervene directly in political developments. Within Italy, the pontiff has been attacked by secularists for what they see as his unwarranted interference in domestic affairs.

The Pope said that the “true world political authority” would have to “manage the global economy . . . revive economies hit by the crisis . . . [and] avoid any deterioration of the present crisis and the greater imbalances that would result”.

The authority would be “regulated by law” and “would need to be universally recognised and . . . vested with the effective power to ensure security for all, regard for justice, and respect for rights”.

“Financiers must rediscover the genuinely ethical foundation of their activity so as to not abuse the sophisticated instruments which can serve to betray the interests of savers,” the Pontiff said. Pope Benedict will meet Barack Obama, US president, on Friday at the close of the three-day summit.

AIG Seeks Clearance to Release Bonuses

American International Group Inc. is asking the Obama administration’s new compensation czar whether it should pay previously agreed-to retention bonuses, including about $235 million pending for employees at the insurer’s controversial financial products unit, according to people familiar with the matter.

AIG asked Kenneth Feinberg to weigh in on the bonuses after the last round of multimillion dollar payments in March sparked an outpouring of public frustration amid the financial crisis. Before Mr. Feinberg was appointed, AIG had pledged to try to reduce the overall payments for this year’s performance to a few hundred employees at the financial products unit by 30%.

It had also delayed a much smaller set of payments to 40 high-ranking AIG officials that it is set to begin paying next week — payments for 2008 performance. Mr. Feinberg is expected to issue a decision on the 2008 payments although his primary job with regard to AIG will be to deal with compensation issues going forward, including whether to allow the company to pay bonuses slated for 2009.

The aim of the current negotiations with Mr. Feinberg, according to the people familiar with the matter, is to come to an agreement that lets employees keep enough of the promised bonuses to serve as an effective incentive, but reduces the payments by enough to make them more palatable to the public.

“We have been giving a lot of thought to this,” said an AIG official. “We don’t want there to be any surprises.”

The request from AIG puts Mr. Feinberg and the government in a potentially sensitive position of either having to endorse ongoing payments of whatever amount, or trying to block them and risk setting in motion employee departures that could prove costly to AIG and potentially the broader financial system.

Dealing with AIG is expected to be one of the thorniest tasks for Mr. Feinberg, who has the power to set pay for the top executives and design compensation structures for the most highly compensated 100 employees at seven firms receiving the most aid from the government.

The Obama administration was embarrassed in March after the original AIG bonuses were disclosed. The administration had been looking to rein in excessive pay, at one point proposing a salary cap for top executives.

President Barack Obama pledged to do all he could to recoup the money, but the administration concluded it couldn’t stop the payments because they were contractual obligations. A firestorm ensued, with Congress attempting to tax Wall Street bonuses.

More broadly, compensation has proved one of the most explosive issues amid the financial crisis, with companies scrambling to repay federal aid in part to avoid government scrutiny and control over their pay practices.

Any decision on AIG bonuses — and payments to employees at other firms receiving bailout money — will be scrutinized on Capitol Hill. Indeed, the administration tapped Mr. Feinberg in part to deflect some of the criticism.

The pending $235 million in retention bonuses at AIG’s financial products unit, whose woes were largely responsible for forcing AIG to the brink of bankruptcy court last year, are part of roughly $450 million in retention bonuses for that unit that AIG has previously disclosed. AIG agreed in early 2008 to make those payments, months before it received a government bailout. The first installment of those payments was made late last year, after the bailout.

The second installment came due in March, and it was the preparations to make those payments that set off the prior controversy. The next installment of payments to the financial products unit employees is not due to be paid for months. AIG has argued that it is obligated to make these payments, and that keeping employees in their jobs is crucial to avoiding additional losses on trades that the unit still has in place and is trying to wind down.

The government has said it stepped in to rescue AIG because it feared a collapse of the company could damage the broader financial system. In the bailout, the government has made up to $173 billion in aid available to AIG.

In a statement, Treasury said: “Companies will need to convince Mr. Feinberg that they have struck the right balance to discourage excessive risk taking and reward performance for their top executives. That process is just beginning now, and Mr. Feinberg has begun consulting with those firms about their compensation plans.”
